Coach Patrick is Head of Children & Teens Development, Patrick started Karate and Kickboxing at the age of 3 and has continued to train in different disciplines since then, Patrick has competed both at local & regional level winning National & International titles including Ireland, England & Scotland, Completing a Diploma in Health Fitness & Well being and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Coaching & Business Management while receiving a scholarship for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Training full time since 2010 Patrick has gathered worldwide experience while earning a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Present). He has Competed Internationally in Kickboxing , Braziling Jiu Jitsu , Wrestling & MMA.
